THE KANSAS CITY METROPOLITAN
CRIME COMMISSION
A public safety nonprofit established in 1949.
A police vs. firefighter charity boxing event to benefit the Kansas City Metropolitan Crime Commission's Surviving Spouse and Family Endowment Fund.
Boxers
All first responders within the twelve counties covered by SAFE are eligible to compete in this annual event that benefits SAFE. No boxing experience is necessary!
Boxers will be required to participate in a specified number of training sessions at an approved gym. Boxers will be selected for a Guns N Hoses bout based on age, weight and experience. These criteria will be used to match opponents as evenly as possible. Safety of all boxers is a priority.
